North Bay Regional outpatient pharmacy has partnered up with North Bay Regional Health Centre and works closely with clinics on site to increase the level of patient care.

Our pharmacy staff works alongside teams with other health care providers within the hospital and North Bay Community to provide a high level & seamless healthcare.

Besides our daily activities of the medication use processes such as: selecting, prescribing, dispensing, administering and monitoring of medications, our pharmacists are also involved in selected outpatient programs and schedules services for:

• Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
• Anticoagulation Management by maintaining the quality of anticoagulation care patient receives (INR Testing) to improve if possible.
• Immunization Care
• Meds Check for patient who take more than three prescription medications for ongoing, chronic condition or is diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes and is a resident of a long-term home care.
